Arts Education Collaborative is ready for a new look.
We’ve been working to improve arts education for over 20 years, and we’re looking for Pittsburgh-based designers who can help us reflect the dynamism and creativity that makes arts education special. If you’re a bold designer with big ideas, this is a fantastic chance for you to create graphic assets that will help us share what we do with teachers, artists, administrators, and community members across the region. Your designs will be a part of AEC’s growing body of work that impacts thousands of learners each year.
As part of our brand update, AEC is looking for a new logo and wordmark, a redesigned website, a style guide and color palette to inform our future communications, and assistance with an electronic and physical direct mail campaign. Interested designers must be prepared to complete all items between August and October 2019. AEC is requesting a résumé, list of three professional references, and a link to or digital copies of work samples that showcase your skills. We value diverse perspectives and encourage ALAANA-led firms to apply.
Those interested should submit all relevant materials to Colin Williams, manager of programs and communication, by midnight on June 28. AEC will reach out to qualified candidates to schedule interviews in July. For over two decades, we’ve connected stakeholders, rewritten curricula, and supported arts ed leadership throughout Southwestern Pennsylvania. Now is your chance to help AEC show our region a fresh face. We look forward to seeing your ideas!
